Scotland North Coast 500  Sept 2nd to 14th

With more than 32,000ft of ascent over the 520 miles.

Starting at Inverness ride coast to coast to Loch Kishorn, where we stay two nights so that we can tackle Bealach na Bà without luggage.  Three glorious days up the west coast to Lochinver where we could take a day off, it being half way, and maybe a boat trip.  Then on to the north coast, Durness with the beach,  Bettyhill along the tough north coast road (pray for a westerly wind).  Then coast to coast down to Helmsdale, Lairg, Cromerty Firth, Black Isle and back to Inverness.
